Let's explore how to create your first email template.

To create an order email template, follow these steps from your WordPress dashboard:

  1. Navigate to WooCommerce > WPMail Editor Plus.

  2. Here, you’ll find various steps involved in crafting your email template.

Let’s go through the process for creating a template specifically for Completed Orders.

Getting started :

i) Choose your language: WPmail Editor Plus supports multiple languages. Select the language you wish to use for customization if your site is multilingual.

ii) Next, select an email template from the available options. For instance, if you want to send a confirmation email for completed orders, choose the Completed Order template from the list of 10 different templates.

  • After selecting your language and email template, click on Customize and then choose one of the sample templates.

  • Once you’ve selected a template, you’ll find options and buttons on the right side to copy content between email templates and preview the email.

You can customize the templates using the drag-and-drop editor. The customization process involves two main steps:

  1. Choosing the Block

  2. Styling the Block

After choosing the block, you can style that particular element.

To add personalised information, you can use the shortcodes. Clicking on shortcode icon will show you all the short codes in the popup window. These shortcodes can be used to add additional information of order details, customer info, etc while editing the element.

The interesting part is you can see the preview of the emails across all devices like PC, tab and mobile devices.
